3. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by Aseptictomato.

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product and packaging type (e.g., pallets, containers, or tonnage).

Customized or private label orders may be subject to additional terms agreed upon separately.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR and may be offered under FOB, CIF, or EXW terms unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms will be specified in the proforma invoice or contract. Orders will only be shipped after the agreed payment has been received.

AsepticTomato reserves the right to adjust prices in case of changes in raw materials, logistics costs, or exchange rates.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery times are approximate and depend on product availability, logistics partners, and customs clearance.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier (unless otherwise specified in the agreed Incoterms).

Aseptictomato is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

6. Quality & Claims

All products are manufactured according to international standards (ISO, HACCP) and undergo strict quality control.

Any claims regarding product quality or shortages must be reported in writing within [insert number, e.g., 7 days] of delivery, with supporting evidence.

If a defect is confirmed, Aseptictomato may, at its discretion, replace the goods or issue a credit note.
